The purpose of the Professor Luncheons Series is to foster better communication between professors and students. The luncheons provide students the opportunity to ask the professors about the professor's research, classes, or personal experiences. For professors, it allows them to publicize their research, recruit research assistants, and it also gives them a chance to get to know their students outside of the classroom. The ultimate goal of these luncheons is to form lasting student/professor relationships.
