Kyle Marscellas

What's up Eater Nation?!? My name is Kyle Marscellas and I am honored 
to represent you on the 2011 Homecoming Court. I am a fifth year (yeah 
victory lap!) double major in International Studies and Political 
Science. I love traveling and was fortunate enough to study abroad at 
the University of Barcelona in Summer 2009, which was the experience 
of a lifetime. I am a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity and recently 
finished my term as Interfraternity Council (IFC) President, the 
governing body of the 13 fraternities here at UC Irvine. I am 
currently the Executive Director of Greek Songfest, the largest 
student-run philanthropy on campus which puts on a yearly broadway 
production every Spring quarter, check it out May 20!!! I currently 
live in Arroyo Vista, and you can always find me hanging out on campus 
or at the Anthill Pub, where I am a 4-time quarter club member (going 
on five!)!!! I love spending time with my family and have a little 
sister who goes to school in New York. In my spare time I like to 
travel, go to DISNEYLAND with my season pass, catch ANGELS games (GO 
Halos!), and watch LAKER games and go up to Staples Center whenever I 
get a chance!!! You can also find me at work down in Newport Beach, I 
have worked as a server at the Newport Beach Chart House for the past 
four years. I love UC Irvine and I believe that coming to UCI was the 
best choice of my life and I have loved every minute of it, which is a 
lot considering that I am racking up overtime in my fifth year ;) 
Overall, I am a fun-loving guy who loves to meet new people and have a 
good time. It is an honor to be a member of the Homecoming Court this 
year and it would be a dream come true to represent you as your 
HOMECOMING KING!!! ZOT! ZOT! ZOT!
