REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Whereas it has become necessary to reorganize the structure of the Office of the Executive Vice President;

Let it be RESOLVED that the Chief of Staff (Account 6012-7100) be renamed to Administrative Assistant;

Let it further be RESOLVED that the stipend be changed from $200/month to $75/month, which results in a total allocation reduction of $1075;

Let it further be RESOVED that the amount of  $1075 be transfered from Administrative Assistant (Account 6012-7100) to External Affairs Travel (6409-7160);

Let it finally be RESOVED that Jessica Bancroft is appointed to become the Administrative Assistant under the Office of the Executive Vice President.
