REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Transfer of Council funds to fund Council Polos

Whereas, the year is coming to an end,

Whereas, it is imoprtant to leave Council knowing that the incoming council is set up correctly,

Whereas, it is important to have a unified Council not only in spirit but in attire,

Whereas, we do not use the allocated money in Account # 7115-6406: Legislative Council Publicity/Business Cards,

Whereas, transffering the money to Council Unallocated is the proper use of money rather than being put to reserves,

Let is be resolved that the following accounts be increased and decreased:

       Decrease Account # 7115-6406 Legislative Council Publicity/Business Cards by $700

       Increase Account # 6501-7120 Council Unallocated Use by $700

Let it further be resolved that the we use $450 from  Account # 6501-7120 Council Unallocated to fund the 2012-2013 Council Polos,

Let it further be resolved that if any money is left over that it will be returned to Account # 6501-7120 Council Unallocated for further programming.
