All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Reallocation of Funds for ASUCI Canopies

WHEREAS ASUCI only has one canopy available for use,

WHEREAS the only canopy available is a property of TGIF, which is paid by the referendum fee, 

WHEREAS the ASUCI executives decided collectively that two additional canopies would benefit campaign and outreach efforts,

LET IT BE RESOLVED that Legislative Council approves to allocate $600 from Professional Staff’s Furniture & Equipment Purchase Budget (6209-7999) into Program Costs of Welcome Week Account (6423-7405).
