REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Dining Provisions for Legislative Council Meeting Attendees

 Whereas it is the duty of Legislative Council to engage actively with their constitutents; and,

Whereas Legislative Council seeks to improve its visibility on campus and further build those relationships with the general student body; and,

Whereas free food has historically proven itself to be an effective incentive in attracting students; and,

Let it be resolved that $100 be taken from Council Unallocated Fund 7115- 6501 to provide pizza, drinks and/or other incentives as the council deems fit, for the meeting's attendees, to be held on Tuesday, May 6 at the regular council meeting from 5-7 PM, in Woods Cove.

Let it further be resolved that Legislative Council members advertise this meeting to the best of their ability, and encourage ASUCI executives to do the same.
