REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Judicial Board Appointment

Whereas, there are currently two vacancies on the ASUCI Judicial Board and three additional seats will open up at the conclusion of the Spring Quarter, and

Whereas, applications were available for several weeks and were well publicized through an ad in the New University and a campus wide email, and

Whereas, the Executive Cabinet has had a chance to review the applications and make recommendations to Legislative Council,

Let it be resolved that Sarah Bana be appointed to a seat on Judicial Board until the conclusion of Spring quarter 2010.
