The ASUCI Media and Communications Commission is responsible for publishing and creating content for the Office of the President. There are three factions of this commission, each with their own responsibilities. Communications is in charge of written statements from the ASUCI President regarding various issues that may arise and progress being made with student-lead initiatives at UCI. Public Relations will manage “shareable” content via Social Media outlets in efforts to keep students engaged and informed. Films will be responsible for the production and publication of video projects for the Office of the President, highlighting work that ASUCI has accomplished and plans to be put in motion for the benefit of UCI students.
This year, our goal is to publicize and inform students about the activities and events going on in ASUCI in a fun and entertaining way. We plan to do this by being more active on social media, as well as produce more content such as videos. Our long term goals are to have students be more aware and informed about who and what ASUCI is.
