Student Policy Review

This form is intended to allow our campus partners to seek student consultation per regental policy on changes in policy or practice that will impact students—particularly those changes that will have effects on student finances or student life.
This form, when filled out, will be sent to the President(s) of the relevant Student Government Association(s), who will then forward the proposed policy change for review by the appropriate committee. Policy changes affecting all students will be reviewed by both organizations, who will coordinate on issuing a joint response. This response will be sent only to the party requesting comments.
For ASUCI, the policy change will be reviewed by the ASUCI Office of the President and Executive Cabinet. A response will be tendered within two weeks from the time of submission.
For AGS, the policy change will be reviewed by the Internal Committee and the Executive Cabinet. A response will be tendered within two weeks from the time of submission. When you Upon submitting your form, the ASUCI President and/or appropriate Executive officer will get in contact with you within a week.
The content of the forms will not be released to the public without prior consultation of the form's submitter.
