Vendor Fair

My name is Heaven Holdbrooks, ASUCI’s Administrative Affairs Vice President, and I would like to inform you of some exciting new changes to the ASUCI Vendor Fair program. Christian Medero has stepped down from the Vendor Fair Coordinator position in order to begin his term as the newly elected Vice President of Academic Affairs for ASUCI.  Christian will no longer be your go to guy for our Vendor Fairs, but please feel free to congratulate him when you see him on campus!

In the interest of bringing more student participation and oversight in to our Vendor Fairs we have moved this program under the Administrative Affairs office. Currently I will be acting as the Coordinator for the summer Vendor Fair and starting in the fall, Kamrin Klauschie will begin serving as the Vendor Fair Coordinator for 2009-2010. She will have a team of students working with her to execute these events, which should help us improve our communication and responsiveness in working with our vendors. I am very excited to work with all of you and am eager to put on many successful Vendor Fairs this year.  Here are the dates for our 2009-2010 academic year Vendor Fairs:

Fall Fair: October 5 – 9, 2009
Holiday Fair: November 30 – December 4, 2009
Valentines Fair: February 8 – 12, 2010
Spring Fair: May 3 – 7, 2010

Please note that we need you to submit ALL of the following items for your application to be considered:

- Completed and signed Vendor Application
- Photos of your product
- Copy of California Resale Permit
- Check or money order for the appropriate amount
