All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Synopsis: Council T shirts for new council members | |

| Whereas, council members need a way to identify himself and/or herself from the rest of the crowd so that the students know which students are members of the Legislative Council, and Whereas, the comfortability of the Legislative Council members during an event will contribute to the effectiveness of communication between the council member and his or her constituents, and Whereas, a design, with two screens, for the T shirt will be created so that it is aesthetically pleasing and catches the eye of students from UCI, and Whereas a t shirt is a promotional material, and Whereas, a t shirt can be used by council members at tabling hours, office hours, and events thrown by council members, and Whereas, a t shirt would expose our unity and involvement not only within council, but also on the campus. Therefore, let it resolved that $210 ($10 per Tshirt) be allocated from the Council Unallocated Account #6501-7115, with remaining funds being returned, for the purpose of purchasing ASUCI Legislative Council T Shirt. |
