REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: UCSA Lobby Conference Per Diem Requests

Whereas, it is University policy to provide per diem for travel and subsistence.

 

Therefore, let it therefore be resolved that all per diem requests for the three persons that Legislative Council appointed to send to the February 24-27 UCSA Lobby Conference in Sacramento, CA under B41-39 be allocated from Council Unallocated #6501-7115.

 

Let it further be resolved that $420 be the amount allocated, with $140 being the maximum allowed per person, with appropriations as follows

 

            à $35 per day x 3 persons x 4 days = $420

 

Let it finally be resolved that the remaining funds be returned to Council

Unallocated account #6501-7115.
