REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Energy Boost for Finals

Whereas, the students of Physical Sciences need a quick and easy way to break for some refreshments before taking their finals,

 

Whereas, providing snacks and energy drinks will help energize students to either prepare or take their finals during finals week,

 

Whereas, the event will help publicize ASUCI to the Physical Sciences Department,

 

Therefore, let it be resolved that ASUCI Legislative Council allocates

$300 from Council Unallocated account # 6501-7115 for snacks and drinks. 

 

Let it further be resolved that this event occur on Thursday, March 23

2006 from 9:30-11:30 AM in front of PSLH.

 

Let it further be resolved that Legislative Council Members show their

support by attending and/or publicizing the event.

 

Let it finally be resolved that the remaining funds be returned to Council

Unallocated account #6501-7115 at the conclusion of the event.
