REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Student Programming Transfer of Funds

Whereas, current monetary policy dictates that funds allocated by Student Programming require notice prior to removal to be used for future programming; and

Whereas, the Student Programming budget needs a minor transferring of funds.

Therefore, let it be resolved that the following programs are hereby given their letter of intent to remove funds in the following amount:

External Programs:

Fall Quarter
Live Nude People                                                             $116.39
American Indian Student Association Lecture (11/3/05)     $395.50

Winter Quarter
American Advertising Federation (1/18/06)                        $285.00
Pilipino Americans in Social Studies (03/08/06)                  $49.23
CIA event (03/10/06)                                                        $492.56

Let it further be resolved that $300 be transferred from Student Programming Advertising Account #7010-6406 to the Student Programming Special Projects Unallocated Account #7010-6550.

Let it finally be resolved that $50 from Student Programming Office Supplies Account #7010-6103 to Student Programming Photocopying Account #7010-6105.
