All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas, a review of departments 6421 and 6423 yielded unused funds. Therefore, let it be resolved that $280 be transferred from Textbook Advocate #6421-7310 to Student Programming Special Projects Unallocated Account #7010-6550. Therefore, let it further be resolved that $580 be transferred from CLC Program Cost #6423-7350 to Student Programming Special Projects Unallocated Account #7010-6550. Therefore, let it finally be resolved that $1640 be transferred from Campus Affairs Programming Cost #6423-7310 to Student Programming Special Projects Unallocated Account #7010-6550. |
