REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Whereas, SWE (Society of Women Engineers) barbeque is an event where Engineering students socialize, and

Whereas, it is in the best interest of the Engineering Representative to help organize such an event, and

Whereas, this event would give the Engineering Representative an opportunity to get feedback from her constituents, and

Whereas, ASUCI will be providing money for the event,

Let it therefore be resolved that Legislative Council allocate $100 from Council Unallocated account #6501-7115 for the following items:

                                       Food and Drinks : $100

Let it further be resolved that this event occur on Saturday, May 20th, 2006.
