All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Whereas, Engineering Student Organization Spring Fair is an event where all the Engineering Student Organizations will be showcasing their clubs, and

Whereas, it is in the best interest of the Engineering Representative to help organize such an event, and

Whereas, this will provide the Engineering Representative an opportunity to get feedback from her constituents, and

Whereas, ASUCI will be providing for the tables,

Let it therefore be resolved that $60 be allocated from Council Unallocated account #6501-7115 for tables.

Let it therefore be resolved that all unused funds be returned to Council Unallocated account #6501-7115.

Let it further be resolved that this event occur on May18, 2006 on Ring Road in the Engineering Area.
