All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: UCSA Lobby Day in Sacramento

Whereas UCSA, in a visit to promote thier upcoming Lobby Day in Sacramento, visited the Legislative Council to both inform and request the support of its members,

Whereas the UCI Legislative Liason, Todd Schweitzer signed up those council members who were interesting in lobbying in Sacramento,

And whereas Representative Olney was a participant in the trip, as well as office lobbying, that took place on Monday April 23rd,

Let it be resolved that Kyle Olney be reimbursed $181.07, for the total cost of expenses incured due to the trip, out of Council Continincy Account 6420-7115.

The expenses are detailed as follows:

Travel: $143.79

Food: 37.28
