All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Whereas the end of year ASUCI banquet is quickly approaching and no funds exist to pay for it,

 

Let the following be RESOLVED:

 

That a new account named “ASUCI Banquet” be created in the Office of the Vice President of Student Services, and

 

That the account number shall be 7465-6423, and

 

That the following DEBITS be made, and the total amount of said debits ($8,200) be deposited to the newly made account:
