The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Purchase of ASUCI First-Aid Kit

Whereas it is the duty of the Associated Students of UCI to produce events for the good of all students, and Whereas injuries do occur at the cost of the members of ASUCI while producing these events, and Whereas it is the duty of ASUCI to provide an up-to-date and valid first aid kit, and currently ASUCI does not possess one Therefore, let it be resolved that $220.00 be allocated from general reserves account #6010-7990 for the purchase of an ASUCI First Aid Kit, and Let it finally be resolved that any unused funds be returned to general reserves account #6010-7990
