All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas students are under extra stress during finals week, and Whereas, getting a scantron, blue-book, and #2 pencil can be a greater hassle than it needs to be, and Whereas, it is the job of the At-Large Representatives to help their constituents during times of need, and Whereas a great way to promote student government and advocacy is through a school event, and Whereas, this would be an opportune time for the At-Large representatives to talk to their constituents and gain valuable constituent opinions and ideas, Therefore, Let it be resolved that ASUCI Legislative Council allocates $800 from Council Unallocated account # 6501-7115 for the following appropriations Scantrons= $50 Bluebooks= $50 #2 Pencils= $50 Protein Bars= $300 Energy Drinks= $250 Bottled Water= $100 Let if further be resolved that this event occur on Wednesday, March 16th from 11-2 and Thursday, March 17th from 12-3 on Ring Road Let it further be resolved that Legislative Council Members show their support by attending the event and/or helping with the preparations Let it finally be resolved that the remaining funds be returned to Council Unallocated account # 6501-7115 at the conclusion of the event. |
