All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Synopsis: Re-allocation of Wayzgoose Budget | |

| Whereas, it is the duty of the Student Services Vice President to provide quality entertainment to the UCI students at large, and Whereas, Wayzgoose has annually been ASUCI, as well as UCI?s biggest and most prestigious event, and Whereas, the Student Services Vice President and the overwhelmingly popular ASUCI Programs Coordinator spend hours and hours working out all the minute fiscal matters, and Whereas, we have saved almost $5,000 in rental fees, and have decided to transfer that money towards a better line-up for Wayzgoose entertainment. Therefore, let it be resolved that $2,100 be transferred in the Wayzgoose budget from Rentals account #6412-7430 to Entertainment account #6410-7430 to cover the cost of added entertainment for Wayzgoose XXXIV. Therefore, let it finally be resolved that any unused fiscal entities be returned to the Wazygoose account #7430 to be used for any other costs regarding Wayzgoose, UCI?s oldest and most cherished community-wide tradition. |
