All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas, a goal of the ICS and Engineering Reps is to encourage students to achieve academic success, and Whereas, providing healthy snacks and energy boosters will help stimulate brain cells and help students study for finals, and Whereas, passing out energy boosters and snacks will allow the representatives to communicate with their constituents, Let it be resolved that ASUCI Legislative Council allocates $450 from Council Unallocated account # 6501-7115 for the following appropriations: ? Fruit $50 ? Bars and Energy Drinks $350 ? Tax and Misc. $50 Let if further be resolved that this event occur on Wednesday, March 16, 2005 from 9:30 ? 11:30am in between the Engineering Tower and Computer Science Building. Let it further be resolved that Legislative Council Members show their support by attending the event and/or helping with the preparations. Let it finally be resolved that the remaining funds be returned to Council Unallocated account #6501-7115 at the conclusion of the event. |
