All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas, one of the goals of the At Large representatives is to encourage academics, and Whereas, providing snacks and energy drinks will assist students during their late-night cramming for finals, and Whereas, Rob Hill?s event last quarter was a huge success and attracted a lot of positive publicity for ASUCI, and Whereas, this would be a great time for the At Large Representative to talk to his constituents, Let it be resolved that ASUCI Legislative Council allocates $500 from Council Unallocated account # 6501-7120 for the following appropriations Energy Bars: $250.00 Energy Drinks: $200.00 Tax and Misc. $50.00 Total Cost: $500.00 Let if further be resolved that this event occur on Wednesday of Finals week, March 22, 2005 from 12:00 ? 1:30 am in Gateway Commons. Let it further be resolved that Legislative Council Members show their support by attending the event and/or helping with the preparations. Let it finally be resolved that the remaining funds be returned to Council Unallocated account #6501-7120 at the conclusion of the event. |
