REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: ASUCI Elections Survey

Whereas, one of the goals of the At Large representatives is to get to know his constituents, and

Whereas, a simple survey asking basic questions about ASUCI elections will provide a student perspective on ASUCI elections, and

Whereas, providing snacks will encourage students to provide their opinions regarding ASUCI elections, and

Whereas, student feedback will be able to find areas where ASUCI elections can improve along with highlighting areas that are doing well, and

Whereas, this would be a great opportunity for the At Large Representative to get involved in improving ASUCI elections,

Let it be resolved that ASUCI Legislative Council allocates $500 from Council Unallocated account # 6501-7120 for the following appropriations

Energy Bars: $450.00
Tax and Misc. $50.00
Total Cost: $500.00


Let if further be resolved that this event occur on Monday April 18 and Tuesday April 19 2005 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm on Ring Road.

Let it further be resolved that Legislative Council Members show their support by attending the event and/or helping with the preparations.

Let it finally be resolved that the remaining funds be returned to Council Unallocated account
#6501-7120 at the conclusion of the event.
