All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Whereas, ASUCI has moved into its new location in the Courtyard Study Lounge, and Whereas, the new office is mainly comprised of cubicles, and Whereas, the cubicles can be accessed by any student, and Whereas, many cubicles contain computers, printers, and other expensive and important electronic equipment and goods,and Whereas, students are concerned about things being stolen from the cubicles, Let it therefore be resolved that ASUCI Legislative Council allocate $1,325 from general reserves account #6010-7990 for the following appropriations Securicam Network Internet Camera: $350.00 X 2 = $700.00 Wireless Internet Camera Router: $150.00 Computer Desk: $250.00 X 2 = $500.00 Let it finally be resolved that the remaining funds be returned to general reserves account #6010-7990.
