All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Synopsis: Transfer of funds, so that Reggaefest can be FRIGGIN SWEET!!! | |

| Whereas, it is the duty of the Student Services Vice President to throw grandiose events for the UC Irvine students at-large, which falls into the purpose of his election, and Whereas, Reggaefest has, for the past 17 years, been one of the best and most sought-after events on the UCI campus, annually drawing in crowds upwards of 10,000 individuals, and Whereas, this year the Office of Student Services has found, after all of its fantastic and riveting programming, that certain commissions still have a surplus of fiscal entities, and Whereas, as with all Student Services programming, “It’s for the kids.†Therefore, let it be resolved that the following funds be transferred from their respected accounts to Reggaefest, account #6423-7435 in order to end the year on a high note: $2,000 from Pub Nights account #6423-7450 $3,000 from Movie Nights account #6423-7455 Let it finally be resolved that Legislative Council, as an equally respectable and commendable branch of the Associated Students, show their support by attending the event…do not worry about set-up or clean up, just come and enjoy and spread the word to your constituents. |
