All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas, there is a substantial number of current Legislative Council members that will be retiring; and Whereas, there is as well a substantial number of new Legislative Council members that do not know the dynamics of ASUCI and need to familiarize themselves with Legislative Council; Therefore, Let it be resolved that the current Legislative Council hold an End of the Year Forum in order to educate and familiarize new council members about ASUCI and their responsibilities as Council members; Let it further be resolved that this event occur Friday, June 3, 2005 from 6-8pm at Aldrich Park and that ASUCI Legislative Council allocate $300 from Council Unallocated account # 6501-7120 for the following appropriations: Catering by BJ’s Restaurant…………$250 Printing, Materials and Supplies……...$50 Let it finally be resolved that all 15 of the current Legislative Council members and all 8 of the new Legislative Council members make an extreme effort to attend this event and that any remaining funds be returned to Council Unallocated account # 6501-7120. |
