All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Synopsis: Energy for the Synergy | |

| Whereas, energy drinks will help students study for their finals and help them get through their week, and Whereas, having Legislative Council members pass out energy drinks to students would help in communicating with their constituents, and Whereas, communication is helpful in creating a synergy between ASUCI and the students it represents. Therefore, Let it be resolved that energy drinks be passed out in front of cornerstone for the purpose of helping students handle the grueling nature of finals on Thursday, December 1, 10:00am-12:00pm. Let it further be resolved that Legislative Council Members show their support by attending the event and or helping with the preparations. Let it further beresolved that $50 be allocated out of the Council Unallocated account # 6501-7115, with unused funds being returned, for the following: $50 purchase of energy drinks. |
