All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas students need venues to express themselves, Whereas it would be beneficial for ASUCI to collaborate with clubs as soon as possible, Whereas there is a need for a sense of community in UCI because of all the construction, Where as the Bren Events Tent is a great place to have events open to the campus, Let it be resolved that $270 be appropriated from Council Unallocated Account #6501-7115 for the following appropriations: -Publicity: -Facebook Flyers: 20k views x 5 days= $50 -Paper Flyers: 1000 b/w quarter sheets=$50 -New University Club ad Space: 1 club ad during week 3=$40 -Equipment: -P.A. System=$120 Let it further be resolved that the Public Info committee and Uncultivated Rabbits be charged with promoting this event, and Let it further be resolved that Uncultivated Rabbits be the official co-sponsors of this event, and Let it be resolved that the event be held on 11 October 2006 from 7-9 PM, and Let it further be resolved that Legislative Council support and attend this event, and Let it finally be resolved that any unused fund be returned to Council Unallocated Acct. #6501-7115 | |
