All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Office of Student Services change to Concerts and Films Commissioners' stipends

Whereas, the 2007-2008 budgeting required cuts in selected commissioners' pay from nine months to eight months,


Whereas, it was anticipated that only Campus Events Commissioners would be working throughout summer to plan Welcome Week and were thus granted nine months of pay,

Whereas, Welcome Week 2007 required the assistance from all commissioners in the Student Services office,

And whereas, a webmaster has been budgeted for, but not found,

Let it be resolved that the Office of Student Services Concerts and Films Commissioners receive one additional month pay,

Let it be resolved that $125 from account #6012-7400 Office of Student Services Vice President Personnel be transferred to account #6012-7429 Major Concerts Personnel

Let it also be resolved that $125 from account #6012-7400 Office of Student Services Vice President Personnel be transferred to account #6012-7455 Movie Nights Personnel
