All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Whereas Welcome Week and Shocktoberfest were major events both larger in
production and attendance size,

Whereas this year's events have substantially grown in size when compared to
the years before and thus, more funds were needed to support such events,

Let it be resolved that $640.90 from Special Events account 6423-7460 be
moved into Welcome Week account 6423-7405 as well as $3834.19 from Special
Events account 6423-7460 be moved into Shocktoberfest account 6423-7415 to
cover the amount of funds overspent.
