REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Stipend Increase

Whereas there has been a significant amount of effort being put in picking up the slack of fellow commissioners in Club Outreach and

Whereas there has been an increase of planned events within the commission of Club outreach and

Whereas the commissioner of club outreach continues to show strong work ethic and dedication to improving their position

Whereas budgeting for an increase in stipend has already been accounted for during midyear budgeting

 Let it be resolved that the above mentioned position receive a back pay of $50 for each month starting January 1st  ending spring quarter.

Therefore let it be resolved that the funds be pulled from the budget for Statistical Analysis and Communication account #6012-7020.
