All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: 2008-2009 ASUCI Budget

Whereas the 2008-2009 Executive Budget Retreat was held this last weekend on May 17th 2008,

Whereas the new Executive Officers begin their term in office on Commencement Day, June 15th 2008, and

Whereas the new fiscal year for the state and the University of California begins in July while Legislative Council is on summer recess,

Let it be resolved that Legislative Council hereby pass the 2008-2009 ASUCI Budget, which was unanimously approved by the incoming executive officers.
