Synopsis: Transfer of Funds for ASUCI Open House

Whereas, the Office of Student Services took responsibility for planning ASUCI’s Welcome Week events,

Whereas, Student Services planned and coordinated ASUCI’s Open House on Thursday, September 25, 2008,
 
Whereas, Student Services has requested that each of the Executive Offices contribute financially toward the event,
 
Whereas, the total cost for the Open House was approximately $1,000,
 
Let it therefore be resolved that the President, Executive Vice President, Academic Affairs Vice President and Administrative Affairs Vice President each transfer $200 to the Welcome Week account (Account # 6423-7405) from the following accounts:
 
Office of the President- Contingency                 (Account # 6420-7000)
External Affairs- UCSA Campaign Fund           (Account # 6421-7160)
Academic Senate- Program Costs                    (Account # 6423-7210)
ROAR- Program Costs                                         (Account # 6423-7340)
