REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Improvements to Legislative Council Office

Whereas the ASUCI legislative council office is in need of asthetic improvement, office use and

Whereas, there are several workstations in the office that are currently available to be utilized, and

Whereas representing council members use the office to conduct appropriate council business and to communicate to those students who have elected them,

Let it therefore be resolved that Legislative Council appropriates $150, from Council Unallocated account # 6501-7120 for the improvements to include (but not be limited to):

Whiteboard and whiteboard markers
Chalkboard for constituent remarks
3-hole puncher
Stapler
Pens, pencils, markers, and chalk
Organizational drawers and cups for pens and pencils
UCI paraphernalia to promote school spirit in our office and to add more aesthetic appeal
Hanging file folders
Post-it notes
