All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Synopsis: Social Ecology Alumni Dinner | |

| Whereas, it is the responsibility of ASUCI to improve student life on Whereas, it is a goal of the Social Ecology Representative to encourage both a spirited social and learning environment throughout the School of Social Ecology, and Whereas, an alumni dinner will provide students with an opportunit to get vocational feedback from actual graduates of the School of Social Ecology from related fields, and Whereas, hosting the interaction in the form of a dinner will allow for an inviting and sociable atmosphere for the alumni and Social Ecology students, and Whereas, a dinner will provide the opportunity for students to enhance their educational experience with professional development that will both expose needs and foster solutions for the students in the Social Ecology. Therefore, let it be resolved that a Social Ecology Alumni Dinner be held Wednesday, November 12, 2008. Let it further be resolved that money be allocated from Council Unallocated Account #6501-7120 towards reimbursement of the cost of dinner, detailed as follows: Food: $170 Marketing/Printing: $10 Parking Permits for Alumni: $70 |
