All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Synopsis: Increasing Stipend of Elections Commissioner | |

| Whereas, the Elections Commissioner is only paid for the months of March and April and is paid $300 for each month, Whereas, Kelli Chew is the elections commissioner and has spent the last 6 weeks editing the elections code and holding meetings (see attached calendar/schedule), Whereas, Legislative Council has the ability to change the Elections Commissioner's stipend according to the Constitution, Therefore, let it be resolved that Kelli Chew's stipend be increased by $450 for the extra 6 weeks work that she has put in, Let it further be resolved that ASUCI Legislative Council allocate $450 from council Unallocated account # 6501-7120 in order to pay the Election Commissioner's stipend.
