REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Legislative Council Retreat of 9/18/09

Whereas the Legislative Council held a retreat on September 18th, 2009,

 

Whereas the retreat was a successful goal setting event in which Legislative Council created direction for the upcoming year in which 10 members of the council participated,

 

Whereas the retreat established a rapport for the incoming Legislative Council that has fostered collaboration in our endeavors as a council,

 

Whereas the retreat was paid for by Michael Merchant for a total of $118.92,

 

Therefore, let it be resolved that $118.92 be allocated for the event from Legislative Council to the Legislative Council Retreat Account from Legislative Council Contingency, Account #7115-6420 for the purposes of reimbursing the cost of food at the retreat.
