All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas the Office of Administrative Affairs has been given a duty to execute the students voice as proscribed in the Constitution of the Associated Students of the University California, Irvine, Whereas it is apparent and necessary to always maintain a dynamiscm within student government, Whereas in order to do so, it has become necessary to re-allocate prescribed funding from one account to another, Whereas the Assitant Vendor Fair Commissioner Johnathan Chow has duties that require him to work 10 plus hours a week needs to be paid a stipend of $75 a month. This time commitment is necessary to fulfil his position. His dilligence is well deserving. Whereas, I, Heaven Holdbrooks, Admistrative Affairs Vice President would like to move $600.00 from account 6012-7310 to account 6013-7560. |
