All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

Whereas it is important for Legislative Council members to be able to give their contact information to the students that they represent at any moment, Whereas it is essential for students to be able to recognize the members of Legislative Council that represent them, Whereas each member of the Legislative Council need their own set of business cards and polo to better represent their fellow students, Whereas a set of business cards and polo were ordered for each Legislative Council member, Whereas the cost of business cards and polos have risen since last ordered, Whereas due to the unforeseen increase of prices of business cards and polos, account number 6406-7115 was overdrawn by $433.52, Whereas Legislative Council should balance out the debt from account 6406-7115 for the items that were purchased were for the benefit of Legislative Council, Let it be resolved that $433.52 be transferred from account 6501-7120, Legislative Council Unallocated, to account 6406-7115, Publicity and Business Cards.
