REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: ASUCI Branding Materials

 Whereas, ASUCI is constantly hosting events, programs and services, and

 

Whereas, it is important for students to recognize that these events are hosted by ASUCI on their behalf, and

Whereas, improved branding of the organization and more visible signage would help facilitate this objective, and

Whereas, the purchase of pop-up canopies, pop-up signs, table covers, banners, gobo lights and A-frames will be an important component of increased visibility,

Let it therefore be resolved that ASUCI allocate $7,500 from ASUCI Reserves (Account# 6010) for purchasing the aforementioned types of items,

Let it further be resolved that the Marketing Coordinator shall be in charge of making these purchases,

Let it finally be resolved that any money that has not been spent by October 31st 2010 shall remain in ASUCI Reserves.
