All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas, Reggaefest, ASUCI’s annual end of the year festival in Aldrich Park is one of the organization’s most popular events and has approximately 4,000 people RSVP’d as attending in its Facebook group, Whereas, ASUCI deliberately under-budgeted for Reggaefest this year with the intention of sweeping money from accounts that had under-spent as the end of the year approached, Whereas, the event is two weeks away on June 4th, and the event needs an additional $20,000 to cover its costs, Let it be resolved that a total of $20,690 be transferred to the account, entitled Reggaefest (account# 6423-7435), from Speakers and Debate Series (6423-7270). |
