All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas, the Executive Offices of ASUCI have been charged with the duty of maintaing the budget and all matters contained therein, Whereas ASUCI is a constantly changing body of people, ideas, and forces and therefore needs to remain dynamic, Whereas, we are always striving to provide the best and most efficient level of service for our students, Whereas, in an effort to do this we need to make such small changes to the budget, Therefore let these changes come into effect immediately so that the students are best served. Transfer $600 from Acct # 6012-7200 (Academic Affairs Personnel) To: $130 Uteach (acct # 6423-7261) $470 Farmers Market (acct to be created) |
