Let it be resolved that Council allocate ($754.98) to purchase the following amount of materials

UCI Bookstore:
F-288 scantrons (1500 count/unit price: $.18) - $202.50
F-158 scantrons (500 count/unit price: $.18) - $67.50
Large bluebooks (600 count/unit price: $.28) - $126.00
Small bluebooks (300 count/unit price: $.18) - $40.50
Sales Tax - $38.20
Total - $474.70

UCI Dining:
Nature Valley Oats ‘n Honey Granola bars (288 count/tax included) - $115.20
Total - $115.28

ASUCI Staff:
Printed-on Pencils (1000 count/sharpened/no tax)
Total - $165.00

Grand Total - $754.98

Let it further be resolved that Public Info create a Facebook event page for this event,

Let it further be resolved that every council member use the momentum from our Townhall Facebook campaign by inviting their UCI friends on Facebook to this event page at a time deemed appropriate by the Public Info Committee.

REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL

All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.
