All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Whereas, it is a responsibility as ASUCI Bio Sci Representatives to serve as a liaison between students and the faculty,


Whereas, a student-dean luncheon provides a channel for the deans and students to share any questions, comments, and concerns about the Biological Sciences department

Whereas, a Biological Sciences Student-Dean Luncheon was held November 18, 2010

Whereas, lunch and refreshments were purchased and provided at the Student-Dean Luncheon to create a casual and inviting atmosphere,

Let it be resolved that $94.34 be allocated from Council Unallocated Account #6501-7120 towards the cost of lunch, detailed as follows:

Pizza: $45.60
Refreshments, Papers, Plates, Utensils, Napkins: $46.74
Poster Paper: $2

Total Cost: $94.34
