All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: ICS "Farewell Mr. Thornton" Event Funds Allocation

Whereas, B46-06 (ICS "Farewell Mr. Thornton" Event) was a precursor to this legislation,

Whereas, the ICS "Farewell Mr. Thornton" Event was held on December 3, 2010 from 4-6pm in DBH 6011 as a farewell reception for ICS lecturer Alex Thornton,

Whereas, the ICS "Farewell Mr. Thornton" Event was a huge success and over 60 ICS students, 7 ICS faculty, and the dean of the ICS school came out to the event,

Whereas, the ASUCI ICS Representative worked with the ICS Student Council - Student Activities Committee to provide refreshments for the event, 

Whereas, the refreshments for the event came out to be $64.19 in total,

Let it be resolved that the cost of the refreshments for the ICS "Farewell Mr. Thornton" Event be allocated from Council Unallocated Account #6501-7120
