REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: College of Health Sciences Dean Luncheon

Let it further be resolved that the $50.00 be transferred to Professor Luncheons Account #6423-7250

 

 

Whereas, it is a responsibility as ASUCI College of Health Sciences Representative to serve as a liaison between students and the faculty,


Whereas, a student-dean luncheon provides a channel for the deans and students to share any questions, comments, and concerns about the Public Health, Nursing, and Pharmeceutical Sciences Department,


Whereas, a College of Health Sciences Deans Luncheon was held January 18th, 2011

 

Whereas, lunch and refreshments will be purchased and provided for the Student-Dean Luncheon to provide further incentive for student attendance,

 

Whereas, this lunch was held in parnership with the Academic Affair Professor Luncheon Series

 

Let it be resolved that $50.00, half the cost of the lunch,  be allocated from Council Unallocated Account #6501-7120 towards the cost of lunch,
