REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Administrative Affairs Re-Allocation of Funds

 Whereas, the Office of Administrative Affairs is slated with the duty of "strengthening the relationship between both on campus and off campus communities" for the purpose of enhancing the quality of student life per the ASUCI Constitution,

Whereas, the United States Student Association is hosting their annual Legislative Conference in Washington, D.C. for the purpose of student advocacy with representatives from their respective campuses across the United States,

Whereas, Vice President Logan Frick and Director of Campus Affairs Shane Jagow will be attending the conference,

Whereas, the flights to Washington, D.C. will cost $598.80 and the registration will cost $450.00,

Whereas, the funding currently exists in Campus Affairs and Internal Affairs, accounts within the Office of Administrative Affairs not expressedly permitted for travel expenses,

Therefore, let it be resolved that $524.40 from account 6423-7320 and $524.40 from account 6423-7310 be allocated to account 6409-7160 for Vice President Frick and Director Jagow's travel and registration.
