All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

Whereas, the Judicial Board has been operating two Associate Justices short for the duration of Fall 2010 and Winter 2011 quarters, Whereas this has resulted in a small surplus in Judicial Board’s Stipends account, which will not be used before the end of the current fiscal year, Whereas, this money can be used by the Judicial Board to purchase polos and misc. office supplies, to partially fund its upcoming “Meet Your ASUCI Judicial Board” event, and for Judicial Board to have a group-building retreat at the end of Week 3 of Spring Quarter 2011, Let it therefore be resolved that $850.00 be transferred from Judicial Board’s Stipends Account (6012-7500) to the following accounts: $160.00 to Judicial Board’s Supplies Account (6103-7500) and $690.00 to Judicial Board’s Training and Development Account (6420-7500). |
